Closing Out 2022 in Style

As we near the end of 2022 and kick off the holiday season, we can’t help but be grateful for the past year. While we are filled with gratitude to have received the CAA 2022 Global Club of Excellence, we are more thankful to see members again! We’ve been able to carefully open up and host in person events again; spanning from galleries in central London, watching the homecoming game live in Southbank, and all the way up to a pub in Edinburgh next month. 

Speaking of next month, in addition to our first ever Edinburgh event, we also have an our last Open Board Meeting of 2022 (email us if you'd like to join), and a London Holiday Happy Hour. 

But we’re not done with November just yet, as tonight we have the very first informal gathering hosted by the European branch of Columbia College Women (CCW)—all schools’ alumna and friends are welcome to join. 

Over the past year, we hope CUCL has provided you with a sense of community and connection back to Morningside. The lines of communication are open, so please reach out—this is a club for and by members.

Join the newly formed European chapter of Columbia College Women (CCW) for their inaugural networking event, which connects women to one another and women at large at Columbia. Alumnae from across the University are  welcome to join.

Scotland-based alumni are warmly invited to join the Club’s inaugural Edinburgh happy hour! Meet fellow Columbia alumni living in Scotland over a festive drink and learn more about CUCL’s year-round programme of events and opportunities.

Deck the Halls London Holiday Happy Hour | Market Halls Oxford Street | December 12 @ 18:30 

This year we are meeting indoors at Market Halls near Oxford Circus to close out the year! In addition to two lively bars, there are nine kitchens where you will be able to sample some of the most hip and delicious food. Join us as we gather one last time before the new year to catch up with CUCL friends old and new.

Lunar New Year Dinner | Late January 2023

A Club favorite - CUCL Lunar New Year dinner in London’s Chinatown will be back in 2023. Join fellow Columbia alumni for a seated dinner in one of London’s most popular Chinese restaurants. Save the date and stay tuned for tickets.
