We are currently not operating a membership dues scheme, due to the inherent administrative overhead, and particularly dealing with multiple event prices and booking dates. Wherever possible, we offer Early Bird rates.
Our currrent policy is to charge a small fee (£1/£2) per event to pay for admin/infrastructure costs, and build a small reserve. This includes payment processing and event platform costs, reservation deposits, social media advertising, and admin/finance/banking costs.
This does not mean that we don't need any financial support, so please consider giving £5 (or more) to the Club HERE or as an additional donation when you buy a ticket (supporter ticket).
It is also important to know that neither the board nor volunteers get complimentary admission to any paid event, exception made for the helpers working throughout the event and unable to fully participate.
