The Columbia College Women (CCW) Association is setting up a European group which will be based in London.
For those unfamiliar with the CCW, the association aims to connect alumnae to the College; to one another and to women at large at Columbia University. The association organises events that provide enriching experiences and benefits that support alumnae throughout their lives, in both personal and professional endeavours, and creates an engaged and dynamic community that strengthens the voices and leadership of women at Columbia University.
Columbia College Women offers events throughout the year that draw women together to learn and make new connections. We're looking for alumnae Columbia College Women interested in organising or participating in virtual and in-person events for current and Alumni Columbia College women in Europe.
CCW in Europe will connect alumnae in Europe through a series of Columbia College signature events with a focus on women’s issues and empowerment. We welcome you to join CCW to celebrate the 35th Anniversary of coeducation at Columbia College with a special day of programming on Sunday, June 12 featuring distinguished alumnae voices.
If you are interested in participating in CCW Europe please reach out to Cecilia Nwobi-Jokisch CC’92: [email protected]
We create meaningful opportunities that connect and empower women who positively impact the College, University and the world.
