Join us for a casual sit on the grass, walk around the water, meander with the swans, and explore a hidden bit of London. Situated a few hundred feet from the Manor House tube station in Hackney, Woodberry Down overlooks a pair of Victorian reservoirs that are part of the Woodberry Wetlands nature preserve.
This is about as informal as it can be but still an event but there are activities for all ages including a playground for children and scenic walks for the adults.
Refreshments will be included as part of your ticket. Local shops nearby are convenient to pick up additional food and beverages (if needed).
Meeting Spot: On the grass adjacent to the Redmond Community Centre.
Rain Plan: In the event of rain or inclement weather we will meet at the pub onsite.
