RegTech: Are Humans Defunct?

Balliol Knowledge Networks

Are Skilled Professionals Really Safe from Robots?

Before people tear off everywhere for the summer, we launch our RegTech series, exploring how compliance issues are being streamlined by shrewd tech. The downside? “Are humans defunct? Are skilled professions really safe from robots?”

As before, the style will be a robust back-and-forth among panellists and attendees, not a hierarchical format. Led once again by Hayley Ard (Trinity, Oxford), the RegTech panel is:

Vasilis Tsolis, co-founder and CEO of Cognitiv+ LTD – a start-up with traction, bringing AI to magic circle legal services

Jason Morgan, technology strategist at Microsoft

Ramin Takin, founder and CEO of Parkwaylogic, whose EXabler tool digitises mercantile trade compliance processes and documentation

Fabrice Bienfait, partner at ETF Partners – on the finance side

Dr Lewis Z. Liu, co-founder and CEO of Eigen Technologies, which is also bringing AI to magic circle legal services

Hephzi Nicol, Board Member of Balliol Knowledge Networks and Founder of Kiteka, sums up.

NOTE:  This event is organized by Balliol Networks - there is a charge of £25.02
