BOOK NOW: Holiday Fiesta & Christmas Concert selling fast!

The mercury has dropped and the high streets are dressed with lights. It can mean only one thing... the holidays are upon us.

But before we all find ourselves overwhelmed with manic shoppers, wrapping paper, and saying goodbye to 2018, come out and celebrate with CUCL!

We have two final events to cap off an amazing year. On the 5th of December, join us in Soho for our annual holiday party. All are welcome so bring a friend as the more the merrier. And on the 19th of December, we have a special holiday concert at The Royal Albert Hall. Details for both are below.

Looking ahead to 2019, January is already filling up. We have a happy hour co-hosted with Cornell on the 9th of January. Our next Open Board Meeting. And soon we’ll introduce our new mentorship program (see survey below).

On December 5th, Columbia University Club of London is hosting our annual holiday party. We have a DJ on site, foosball, photos and did we mention - DRINKS INCLUDED!? Join us for an evening and merriment, fun and games.

A Hollywood Christmas at the Royal Albert Hall | December 19th, 19:30

Together with Yale University and the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, we welcome you to enjoy an exclusive evening with the charismatic conductor John Mauceri (Yale B.A.’67; M. Phil ‘71), CNN’s ‘Voice of the Millennium’—who performed to audiences of four million during his record-breaking tenure at the Hollywood Bowl—leads the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra in this exciting motion picture journey.

The evening will feature scores from festive films such as A Christmas Carol (1984), The Nightmare before Christmas (1993) and Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone™ (2001), as well as Christmas carols including Hark the Herald Angels Sing and The First Noel.

The ticketed event will have limited spaces and include a meet and greet with the conductor!
