Columbia & MIT Entrepreneurs:
We’re very excited to invite you to our next event: Early stage startups 101: From taking the leap to raising seed funding and beyond.
When: Monday, November 4th at 18:30-21:00
Where: Founders Factory, Northcliffe House, Young St, Kensington, London W8 5EH
Snacks and Drinks will be served
This event is organised in collaboration with MIT and will start off with some words by the Founders Factory followed by entrepreneurs speaking about what it means to go from corporate to starting a business, startup growth, and pros & cons of various funding options.
Speakers:
Alexandra Beyer, Founder & CEO of globl ltd
J.D. Rainey, Founder & CEO of Finmo
Siddhi Mittal, Co-Founder of Yhangry
After the main speakers, there will be lots of opportunity to pitch anything related to entrepreneurship yourself (e.g. pitch an idea, pitch yourself, where you need help, what you’re working on, etc.). We’re all amongst friends so it will be casual and low pressure. And of course, there will be lots of opportunity to mingle and network afterwards.
If you’d like to pitch, please just quickly send an email with a short description of your topic to [email protected] so that we can plan and see if we can connect you with the right people.
This event is for everyone interested in entrepreneurship—whether you’re a founder, start-up employee, investor, or work in corporate and have no clue where to start. We look forward to seeing you there!
