Cancelation Policy

For all paid events, tickets are sold through the official CUCL website. Once a transaction has been completed, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided with the details of the event.

Refunds are at the discretion of CUCL based on the event type and cancelation window. All of our events are volunteer planned and led, and often incur upfront costs and/or deposits. As such, we typically do not provide refunds for any ticket(s) purchased.

We are aware that emergencies do arise. If notified at least 24 hours before the event, we will do our best to resell your ticket(s). We maintain a waiting list for all events.
